Well, we've surpassed that stat, but the biggest statistic is that people give up after two weeks of trying to change their lifestyle. DON'T BE THAT PERSON! Stick with it, guys! You're doing GREAT. You will be so glad in June that you didn't quit two weeks in, that you didn't give up when it got hard.
